Rules and condititions of use

I declare that the information I have supplied is true and correct. Furthermore, I declare that I am healthy, prepared in every aspect to participate in the competition, and that my physical fitness level is appropriate for the competition which I am entering. I agree to follow the organizer’s instructions and to compete at my own risk. I declare that I will not file any claims or lawsuits against the organizer for any injury, loss, or damage which may arise in consequence of participation in this event. I agree that the information I have supplied can be used by the mass media and that material relating to this event on which I am featured, including, but not limited to, photographs, films, videos, and interviews, can be used without my asking for any kind of reimbursement. By filling out and submitting the application form, I grant my permission to the organizer to process and use the stated information for direct marketing purposes.

The organizer agrees to use and store competitors’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 86/2004 to 94/2007). By entering the event, competitors grant the organizer permission to store and process their personal data in his files without time limitation or until the competitor’s written consent has been revoked. The competitor shall be entitled to all rights granted to them under the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 20/1998 to 126/2007).
